COLUMBIANA — In winning their first Inter Tri-County League Tier One contest, Shanelle Davner scored 18 points and Ashley Harrison 15 for the Rebels (4-6, 1-4). Abby Riffee led Mineral Ridge (5-5, 1-4) with 18 points.
East Palestine 51, Springfield 46
EAST PALESTINE — Emily Casto’s 21 points and eight assists led the Bulldogs (5-4, 3-2 ITCL Tier One). Eighteen of her points came in the first half as East Palestine opened up a 28-19 lead. Bre Hull, Kali George and Chelsea Stewart each scored six points. The Tigers were led by Andria Lyons with 17 points and Ashley Davis with 12.
Lisbon 51, United 50
HANOVERTON — Abby Brammer scored 13 points and Mindy Jackson 12 to lead the Blue Devils (7-2, 3-2 ITCL Tier One). Katie Snoddy scored 11 points and had seven of Lisbon’s 22 rebounds. For the Eagles (8-3, 4-1), Hilary Hoppel scored 12 points, Chelsea Laughlin nine and Ruth Prosko eight. Prosko had seven of United’s 24 rebounds.
South Range 49, Columbiana 32
NORTH LIMA — Patti Schuster scored 10 points and made five rebounds to lead the Raiders (7-4, 4-1 ITCL Tier One). Ellie Stoffer and Emily Seman also had five rebounds. For the Clippers (4-7, 0-5), Katie Witmer scored 11 points and made six rebounds while Irene Coy had eight points, seven points and five blocks.
Warren JFK 45, Newton Falls 36
NEWTON FALLS — Paige Klaric’s 29 points included 14 of 20 free throws for JFK. The Eagles finished 24 of 33 at the line. Destiny Prusky’s 17 points paced the Tigers.
Salem 52, Hubbard 27
SALEM — Amy Scullion continued an impressive high school career by adding 22 points to her resume. Scullion’s 10 baskets and two free throws helped the Quakers seal the game. The Eagles shot 33 percent from the field.
Western Reserve 60, Jackson-Milton 30
NORTH JACKSON — The Blue Devils spread the ball around and had 10 players score — three in double figures. Tori Korda and Matti Shahadon each had a game-high 12 points. Rachel Obradovich had 13 points for the Blue Jays.
