ETR and IEP forms will be discussed

NILES — State Support Team Region 5 will present an overview for parents and guardians of the new mandated Evaluation Team Report and Individualized Education Plan Forms. Terri McIntee, family/community involvement consultant, State Support Team Region 3, will lead the overview, which has been postponed from Saturday to Jan. 30.

Registration will be at 9 a.m., and the workshop will be from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the conference room at State Support Team Region 5, 5555 Youngstown-Warren Road, inside the Eastwood Mall. Use the entrance facing state Route 422, just west of Dillard’s entrance.
