‘Snoopy, the Musical’ at Stage Left Players
LISBON — The Stage Left Players teen-cast production of “Snoopy, the Musical” opens Friday and will run for three weekends.
The sequel to “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” “Snoopy” is directed by Nathan Kuhns. Show times are 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and Jan. 15-16 and 22-23; and 2 p.m. Jan. 17 and 24.
The musical will be at Trinity Playhouse, 234 E. Lincoln Way. Call (330) 831-7249 for reservations.
Schoefield center resumes live music
JACKSON CENTER, Pa. — The new Schoefield Events Center, formerly the Schoefield Methodist Church, will resume its live music schedule at 7 p.m. Saturday with guitarist Rick Bruening, who offers life stories in an acoustic-folk manner.
The center is at 409 Creek Road, Jackson Center (at the intersection of Creek and Millbrook roads, between Interstate 80 and Sandy Lake).

House of Blues changes ticket service
CLEVELAND — As of this week, tickets for all events at House of Blues, 308 Euclid Ave., are no longer available through Ticketmaster.
Tickets can be purchased online at HouseofBlues.com and LiveNation.com; the box office; by phone at (877) 598-8703; and at select Blockbuster Video locations in the Cleveland area.
Tickets previously purchased via Ticketmaster for upcoming shows still will be honored.
Boxcar Lounge reopens in B&O Station complex
YOUNGSTOWN — The Boxcar Lounge, in the B&O Station complex, 530 Mahoning Ave., has reopened.
The bar, which closed last year, is being operated by the B&O Station. Hours are 4 p.m. to closing Monday, Thursday and Friday; and noon to closing Saturday and Sunday.
The Boxcar carries all Rust Belt Brewing Co. beers. A game room and lounge are being added to the second floor.
