Forum Health decision deadline suspended; no new date set

YOUNGSTOWN — The decision on whether to sell Forum Health or submit a plan for reorganization to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, which was due Monday, has been delayed.

Forum spokesman Vince Bevacqua said today that after detailed and in-depth discussions with its lenders and creditors, an agreement was reached to suspend the Monday deadline.

No new deadline has been set, he said.

Sources with knowledge of the situation say the new target date is likely to be in early March, however.
