LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The gardens near the Inn at the Park Bed and Breakfast provided the setting for the Sept. 5 afternoon wedding of Katie Lynn Morgan and Matthew Clinton Brake, both of 1063 Salem St., Milan, Tenn.

Herbert Warren officiated at the ceremony for the daughter of Dan and Sandy Morgan, 833 Indiana Ave., McDonald, and the son of Clint and Jan Brake, 167 Deerwood Circle, McKenzie, Tenn., and Tom and Judy May, 9054 S. First St., Milan.

The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the Inn at the Park before leaving on a wedding trip to Lake Tahoe. They live at the Salem Street address.

Beading and a chapel train enhanced the bride’s strapless ivory silk and chiffon A-line gown .

Leigh Samuels-Morgan, the bride’s sister-in-law and honor attendant, wore a navy gown, and the bride’s niece and flower girl, Lennon Morgan, wore an ivory gown.

Sean Devor served as best man, and ushers were Matt Morgan, the bride’s brother, and Mark Brake, a brother of the groom.

A graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism, the bride is a photographer with the Jackson Sun Newspaper in Jackson, Tenn.

The groom is a machinist with Porter Cable in Jackson. He earned an associate in manufacturing technology from Jackson Community College in Tennessee.
