YOUNGSTOWN — Jeneane Marie Crago and Brent Edward Hugus exchanged wedding vows in a 2:30 p.m. ceremony June 20 at Stambaugh Auditorium.
She is a daughter of Kenneth and Patricia Crago of Canfield and he is the son of Jeff and Brenna Hugus of Salem.
Jeff Hugus officiated, and a reception followed at the home of the bride’s parents. After honeymooning in Playa Mujeres, Mexico, the couple reside in Canfield.
The bride teaches at Boardman Glenwood Middle School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education from Youngstown State University and attends YSU for a master’s in curriculum and instruction.
The groom earned a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and works for Splash in Cranberry, Pa.
The bride’s ivory strapless trumpet-style taffeta gown featured ruching and an asymmetrical floral corsage at the hip.
Amanda Crago was maid of honor for her sister, and bridesmaids were Bethany McGehee, Christine Patoray, Cassie Mosure, Nicki Shimensky, Vanessa VanDusen, Bree Pruitt and Caitlin Carter, the groom’s cousin. They all wore dandelion-colored gowns. Mackenzie Chrystal, a cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Joshua Dunn was best man, and groomsmen were Mario Angulli, Matt Novack, Matt McGarvy, Jeremy Weaver, Tony Pizzulo, Travis Mong and Eric Pruitt. Ring bearer was Keighan Griffith, a cousin of the bride. Mark Griffith, another cousin, ushered guests.
