YOUNGSTOWN — The marriage of Elia Marie Crisucci, 101 N. Dithridge St., Apt. 1203, Pittsburgh, and Anthony Michael Ghioldi, 3334 Starwick Drive, Canfield, was solemnized by the Rev. John Keehner at 2 p.m. Oct. 3 at St. Columba Cathedral.

After accepting congratulations during a reception at The Maronite Center, the newlyweds left for a honeymoon in the Bahamas. They live in Pittsburgh.

Parents of the bride are Peter and Marnee Crisucci, 7766 Exeter Court, Canfield, and the groom is a son of Anthony F. and Doreen Ghioldi of the Starwick Drive address.

The bride’s strapless trumpet-style gown was fashioned of ivory beaded Spanish lace and featured a cathedral train.

Megan Crisucci, the bride’s sister-in-law and maid of honor, wore a burgundy gown, as did the groom’s sister and matron of honor, Carlie Sherhag.

The duties of best man were performed by David Drabison, and the bride’s brother, Anthony Crisucci, was groomsman. Ushers were Steve Sherhag, the groom’s brother-in-law; David Ghioldi, his cousin; Michael Ward; and Joshua Blackann.

The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and will graduate this spring from the University of Pittsburgh with a doctorate in biology.

The groom is a project engineer at CMI EFCO Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration from YSU.
