Chaney narrows coaching search to three

YOUNGSTOWN — Chaney High School has narrowed the candidates for its head coaching position to three and will look to approve the final candidate at its Jan. 12 board meeting, according to Ed Matey, director of athletics and physical education for the Youngstown City Schools

The selection committee has already conducted interviews and will give a recommendation to the superintendent. The superintendent will then give her nomination to the board of education.
