Browns to draft seventh; Pittsburgh 18th

The Cleveland Browns will pick seventh overall in the first round of April's NFL draft, while the Pittsburgh Steelers will choose 18th.

The Browns went 5-11, winning their last four games. Seattle (sixth) and Oakland (eighth) also finished 5-11, with the draft order determined by strength of schedule.

The St. Louis Rams, who finished 1-15, will select first.
