Tai Chi Chih classes

BOARDMAN — Tai Chi Chih classes continue at Boardman Park with new courses scheduled to begin the first week in January. All classes will be in the community center.

The beginner’s course consists of eight one-hour classes once a week. There are two choices, one from 4-5 p.m. or 5:30-6 p.m. Class dates for both times are Wednesday and Jan. 13, 20, 27,and Feb. 3, 10, 17 and 24. The course fee is $80 per person.

The seniors course is seven classes on Mondays from 10-11 a.m. Class dates are Jan. 11, 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 15 and 22. Classes are one hour, except for the last two, which are 90 minutes. The course fee is $40.

Classes are open to men, women and youths. Classes are taught by Lucinda Kutsko, certified T’ai Chi Chih instructor. Preregistration is required. Call Kutsko at (330) 538-2292 for information and to register.
