Theft: Kathryn Brocker, 56, of 270 Glenview, Canfield, was arrested and accused of shoplifting three DVDs at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main Street.

Dec. 23

Drug abuse: Police arrested Justin Tofte, 24, of 9314 Flora Drive, Streetsboro, on charges of drug abuse on Willow Way

Drug possession: City police were asked to join an ongoing investigation by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and a U.S. Bureau of Criminal Investigation agent who are conducting an investigation based out of the Canfield U.S. Post Office.
