Parents announce Kalna-Hallock engagement

STRUTHERS — The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Alissa Kalna and Dan Hallock, both of 247 Como St., are announced by their parents, Mike and Jody Kalna and Nancy and Joe Sefchik, all of Austintown, and Ronald and Carol Hallock, 6340 Tara Court, Poland.

The couple have planned their open wedding for 1:30 p.m. May 8 at St. Michael Church and their reception for that evening by invitation at Avion on the Water, both in Canfield.

The bride-to-be graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in advertising/public relations and minor in marketing.

Her fiance , also a YSU graduate, holds a degree in graphic design.
