Neighbors | Submitted.Michael Audi of Poland pinned Anthony Magda of Ashtabula in two minutes and seven seconds. Audi qualified for the state tournament in Marion, Ohio Mar. 20 and 21.

Eight students from Poland Middle School competed in Steubenville at the OAC Junior High District Wrestling Tournament Feb. 20.

Six of the eight qualified for the state tournament in Marion, Ohio, Mar. 20 and 21. The other two are alternates.

Qualifiers are Johnny Berndt (fourth, 126 pounds), Max Prizant (second, 90), Michael Audi (fourth, 146), John Seitz (fourth, 108), Anthony Mancini (fifth, 146) and Holy Family school’s Bruno Spotleson (fifth, 96).

Nick Rizzo (209) and Bobby Murco (78) are alternates.
