Juniorettes give baskets

Members of the Boardman-Poland Junior Women’s League passed out holiday gift baskets Dec. 13 to residents of Glenellen Senior Living Center.

The Juniorettes had a fun time and residents were appreciative when they received their baskets. One resident said that they hadn’t had a gift in years.

The baskets were donated by the ladies of Boardman-Poland Women’s League.

After the baskets were delivered, the group had an Italian dinner, a Christmas card exchange and holiday cards were signed for men and women serving overseas.

The Juniorettes is open to any females 12 to 18 who reside in Mahoning County.
