Speakers to offer advice on success in careers

LIBERTY — Two successful businesswomen will speak on “Surviving and Thriving Throughout Your Career” during the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber’s Athena Forum at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Youngstown Country Club, 1402 Country Club Drive.

Linda Stevenson, senior vice president of women’s business development at PNC Bank in Erie, Pa., and a member of the board of Athena International, and Patricia Carpenter, vice president of business development at Sequent Retirement & Benefits Group in Columbus, will speak on building a positive reputation.

Business Expo set at Westminster College

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. — The annual New Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Business Expo will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 13 in Memorial Field House at Westminster College. The public is invited to attend.

Area businesses, including those that are home-based, have until Sunday to register for space.

In addition to a nominal registration fee, each vendor is required to furnish a door prize.
