Monitoring association program to be at library

WARREN — Greater Youngstown Monitoring Association will have a program on monitoring as a hobby, scanners and shortwave listening at 2 p.m. Saturday at Warren-Trumbull County Public Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.
