Event to benefit Haiti

GIRARD — Angels for Kids Foundation and Daboondox will present a Local Heroes for Haiti benefit from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Golf Dome, 1300 N. State St.

Guest speakers will include Senator Joe Schiavoni, state Rep. Robert Hagan and area radio personalities. There will be a 50-50 raffle, door prizes and a Chinese auction for such items as an overnight stay at Kalahari, Cavs tickets, a tanning package, and gym memberships.
