Hanoverton woman dies in single-vehicle crash

HANOVERTON — Joanne Birosh, 73, of 11160 Gavers Road, Hanoverton, was pronounced dead at the scene of a one-vehicle accident that occurred at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday.

The sport utility vehicle she was driving northwest on county Road 407 north of township Road 838 went off the side of the road and struck several trees.

The Lisbon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
