Warren police investigating stabbing of city man

WARREN — Detectives continue their investigation into the stabbing of a 40-year-old city man.

The man was taken to Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital for multiple stab wounds to the back he received early Saturday at a house on Mason Street Northwest.

An ambulance transported the man to the hospital after police responded to the home for a call that some men were beating up another man at a vacant house.

The hospital had no record of the victim today.

Another man, who was bleeding from the head and face, also was transported to a hospital.
