SENIOR SIDELIGHTS

Howland SCOPE Center, 8273 High St. SE, Warren, has scheduled the following: Monday, pinochle at 9 a.m., art class at 10, yoga at 12:30 p.m., exercise at 2, and C&CC Railroad Club at 4 p.m.; Tuesday, bingo 12:30; Wednesday, bridge club at 10, and beginner line dancing at 6 p.m.; Thursday, computer class at 9:30, needle arts at 10, line dancing at 3, and card night at 5:30; and Friday, line dancing at 11:30 a.m. Special events: There will be a card party from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday. The cost is $5 and includes lunch.

Niles SCOPE Center, 14 E. Senior Independence Senior Center of Mahoning County, 1110 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, has planned the following: Monday, Men’s and Women’s Needlecraft Club at 8:30; chair yoga class and bridge at 1; Tuesday, oil painting at 10, computer class at 10 and noon, exercises at noon, Digital Club at 2; Wednesday, watercolor class, Tai Chi at noon, and 500 cards at 1 p.m.; Thursday, Watch Our Weight and Woodcarvers at 9 a.m., exercises at noon, line dancing at 1 p.m. and beginner line dancing at 2; and Friday, board games at 1 p.m. Appointments are required for income tax return assistance each Monday and Friday at the center.
