Special to The Vindicator OUTSPOKEN: Students from a speech class at Struthers High School participated in a speech contest sponsored by Struthers Rotary on Feb. 16. Each student was given from 4 to 6 minutes to speak about how Rotary’s 4-Way Test applies to everyday relationships. The test was based on four questions: Is it the truth, is it fair to all concerned, will it build good will and better friendships, and will it be beneficial to all concerned? Taking part in a ceremony at which the students who participated received cash awards are, from left, Tom Baringer, member of Struthers Rotary; David Dilla, Martina Jurek, Katelyn Ardal, contest winner; and Mrs. Dundee, speech class teacher.
