Local church hosts food program

Smith Corners United Methodist Church is the local site for the Great Food For All program.

Groceries are ordered each month by any interested individual with no income guidelines or applications.

Each “big box” costs $30 and comes complete and ready for pickup.

Cash, money order or cashier’s checks are accepted at the time the order is placed.

No checks are accepted for this service. Orders can be made by credit card, either online at home or at the church, with a $1 convenience fee.

Go to www.greatfoodforall.com, type in the zip code 44515, and scroll down until Smith Corners UMC pops up.

Ordered food boxes can then be picked up at Smith Corners UMC.

The menu changes every month. Orders for Mar. 20 pick-up can be placed at the church on Tuesday and Mar. 2 from 10:00 a.m. until noon and Wednesday and Mar. 3 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Online orders close Mar. 4 at 9 p.m.

The food can be picked up Mar. 20 at Smith Corners United Methodist Church from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The church is located at 3000 South Canfield-Niles Road.
