Skate free for fun

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — The Skating Club of Greater Youngstown and Kidskate will host a “It’s Great to Skate” open house from 6 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Hess Ice Rink, 3365 Mitchell Road.

There will be prizes, games and demonstrations, and free skating, lessons and giveaways to the first 50 skaters. Skates can be rented for $3.
