Congressional candidate to speak Friday in Lisbon

LISBON — Sam Hephfer, a Salem Republican and candidate for the U.S. Congress 6th District, will speak at a town hall meeting hosted by the Ohio Valley Tea Party at 6:30 p.m. Friday at the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center, 9364 state Route 45.

The meeting is the third of several town hall meetings with local candidates.
