Burglary: The homeowner of a residence in the 6500 block of Struthers Road reported seeing someone in the garage before the person fled in a tan sport utility vehicle.

Feb. 1

Theft: A $199 cell phone was stolen from a home in the 2000 block of Shetland Lane.

Theft: Ricky A. Raymond Jr., 22, of 417 Creed St., Struthers, was arrested on a warrant from Struthers Municipal Court charging him with theft by deception related to a situation at Giant Eagle, 3130 Center Road.

Criminal mischief: A report was filed from a residence in the 8300 block of Misty Ridge Trail regarding damaged siding.

Feb. 3

Arrest: Police got a report of an impaired driver near Struthers Road and charged Dana L. Bailey, 39, of 4700 Kennedy Road, Lowellville, with endangering children and operating a vehicle impaired.
