Christian Poets Guild plans poetry contest

A grand prize of $1,000 will be awarded the last poet standing in a poetry writing contest being sponsored by the Christian Poets Guild.

Poems of 21 or fewer lines on any subject should be mailed to Dr. Jack Carroll, contest director, 7308 Heritage Drive, Mount Vernon, IN 47620, or sent to www.freecontest.com by March 7.

Entries should include name and address of the poet on the same page as the poem. A list of winners will be sent to each contestant.
