Struggling Phantoms face four on the road

The Youngstown Phantoms, who have lost seven straight games and 13 of their last 14, will be on the road for three games this weekend in the United States Hockey League.
The Phantoms (14-24-2, 30 points), in last place in the USHL’s seven-team East Division, visit Sioux Falls (22-9-9, 53 points) tonight at 8:05 p.m., then travel to Lincoln (12-24-6, 30 points), the last place team in the West Division, on Saturday at 8:05 p.m.
The road trip concludes Sunday at 5:05 p.m. in Omaha (28-11-3, 59 points).
The Phantoms are led in scoring by Taylor Holstrom (11 goals, 19 assists, 30 points) and Jefferson Dahl (12-16-28).
Sioux Falls is led by Michael Voran, with 17 goals and 32 assists for 49 points. Voran is sixth in the USHL in scoring.
Lincoln is paced by Brodie Reid with 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points.
Omaha has two of the league’s top four scorers and its fourth-leading goalie.
Matt White has a USHL-best 25 goals and 38 assists for 63 points and ranks No. 2 in the USHL in points. Erik Haula is No. 4 with 22 goals and 34 assists for 56 points.
Omaha goaltender Jeff Tegilia is 22-9-2 with a 2.35 goals against average and 862 saves in 33 games.
After this weekend the Phantoms visit Indiana on Wednesday before playing host to Omaha on Feb. 19-20 at the Covelli Centre.
