Speaker OKs honoring Right to Life winner

COLUMBUS (AP) — Ohio’s House speaker is going back on an earlier decision against House floor honors for an Ohioan who won a National Right to Life oratory contest.

The office of Democratic Speaker Armond Budish says it’s aiming to have a resolution presented to 19-year-old Elisabeth Trisler of western Ohio’s Shelby County sometime next week.
