Man hospitalized with shot to the head

YOUNGSTOWN — An unidentified man was in critical condition Thursday night after he was shot in the head in the 300 block of East Florida Avenue.

Police said they received a report of a man who had been shot around 6:30 p.m. and found him lying in the snow when they arrived. He had no identification on him. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center.
