Book signing to be benefit

WARREN — Area author Helen Powell White will sign copies of her book, “Percy, The Perfect Puppy,” from 9 a.m. to noon today at The Menagerie, 6037 E. Market St. Each book is $15.

The author will donate all proceeds of the signing to the Animal Welfare League for its new animal shelter fund.
