County, state and federal offices: Closed. No mail delivery.

Schools: Youngstown, Niles, Salem, Sharon, closed Friday and Monday; Warren, Youngstown Diocese and New Castle, closed Monday.

Universities: Youngstown State, open; Kent State Trumbull Campus, closed.

Western Reserve Transit Authority: Saturday schedule will apply.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County; Kinsman Free Public Library; Bristol Public Library, Bristolville; McKinley Memorial Library, Niles; open; Warren-Trumbull, Hubbard Public Library, Girard Free Library, Newton Falls Public Library, closed.

Stock market: Stifel Nicolaus, closed.

Banks: Charter One; Cortland Banks; Farmers National Bank; First National Bank; Home Federal Savings & Loan, Niles; Huntington Bank; Key Bank; PNC Ohio; PNC Pennsylvania; closed.

First Place Bank, Warren, Austintown, Boardman main, Howland, Liberty, Seville, Struthers, open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; all others closed.

Home Savings & Loan: main office, closed; all branches, open.
