Columbiana County real estate tax deadline

LISBON — Columbiana County Treasurer Nick Barborak is reminding county residents the real-estate taxes for the first half of the year are due March 12, and taxes for manufactured homes are due March 19.

The treasurer’s office has mailed 58,240 real-estate and 4,077 manufactured-home tax bills. People who have not received a bill or have questions about their bill should contact the treasurer’s office at (330) 424-9514.

Failure to receive a bill is not a defense against nonpayment. A 10-percent penalty will applied to tax bills not paid on time.
