Pa. man charged with drugging, raping teen


KRESGEVILLE, Pa. (AP) — An eastern Pennsylvania man is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl five times since November.

Nineteen-year-old Robert Michael Pugh of Kresgeville is facing 35 charges, including rape of an unconscious person, sexual assault and indecent assault.

Pennsylvania State Police in Lehighton say Pugh drugged the girl five times and assaulted her while she was unconscious.

Pugh is in Monroe County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail and faced a preliminary hearing later today.
