The fest is yet to come: JWL's wine, cheese event

CANFIELD — The Junior Women’s League of Canfield will host its 5th Annual Wine, Beer and Cheese Fest from 5-8 p.m. Feb. 27 at Antone’s Banquet Center in Boardman.

All proceeds from this event will benefit Kids Grieve Too, a nonprofit center that offers information and opportunities, free of charge, to support grieving children, their families and community caregivers.

The fundraiser will feature various wines and beers from Mastropietro Winery, Ohio Wine Imports and Tri-County Distributors, along with appetizers.

Entertainment will be by Jim Golen, who describes himself as “a one-man band with some serious guitar.” Donations are $30 per person, or two for $50. Tickets can be purchased at the door. For more information call (330) 565-1959.
