Hindsons mark 50th anniversary of their wedding

CANFIELD — Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hindson, 6479 Leffingwell Road, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 30. They were married on that date in 1960 at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Youngstown.

The couple has one child, Laura (John Jr.) Scotford and three grandchildren.

The Hindsons operated Hindson Tire Service Inc. for thirty years with various locations throughout the Youngstown area. They loved sailing and were longtime members of the Pymatuning Yacht Club.
