Buckeye Elks group plans Valentine event

YOUNGSTOWN — Buckeye Elks Lodge 73 Naomi Temple 124 will present Valentine’s Day Red & White Cabaret from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Feb. 13 at the Lodge, 4211‚Ñ2 North Ave.

The BYOB event costs $8 in advance and $10 at the door. The first 12 men will receive a little red velvet bag. The first 25 women will receive a long-stemmed red rose.

YOUNGSTOWN — Northeast Homeowners and Concerned Citizens Association invites the public to its 7 p.m. Tuesday meeting at Price Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 920 Dryden Ave.

Thomas F. Holloway, physical engineer for Meander Water, will speak about the water and his role.
