YOUNGSTOWN —The Bulldog for Life T-shirts ordered for students of North High School are now available. They can be picked up between 1 and 2 p.m. Saturday at the new East Side Library, on the corner of East High Street and Early Road.

Prom Gowns Gala will be women’s club fundraiser
COLUMBIANA — Members of the Columbiana Women’s Club are sponsoring “Prom Gowns Gala,” a used gown sale, from 1-5 p.m. Feb. 27 and 28 at the club, 121 N. Main St.
Area girls can drop off gently worn prom/homecoming dresses, paying a $5 fee each, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Lazy Bean Cafe weekdays through Feb. 20.
If the dress sells, all money will be given to the original owner. Only cash will be accepted at the sale.
All unsold dresses and/or money for sold dresses must be picked up at the club at 5 p.m. on Feb. 28. Unclaimed dresses will be given to charity. Proceeds will go to the club.

Youths and adults invited to open gym
NEW WATERFORD – Abundant Life Fellowship, 46469 state Route 46, is inviting youths and adults to gather for basketball, table games, board games and fellowship from 6 to 11 p.m. Feb. 12, Feb. 19 and 26 at the gymnasium.
There is no charge to participate and everyone is welcome. Refreshments will be provided.

OES to host dance in Cuyahoga Falls
CUYAHOGA FALLS — Northeast Ohio chapters of the Order of Eastern Star, Grand Chapter of Ohio, will host a dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Feb. 13, at the Masonic Hall, 2307 Sackett Ave. Proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association.
Live music will be provided for the “Dancing for Heart Health” event, and there will be a silent basket auction and a Dollar Dance competition between past grand officers and grand officers.
There will be a buffet of heart healthy finger foods and beverages during the evening. Dress is casual.

Quota to sponsor ‘Makeover Mania’
SALEM — The Salem Branch of Quota International will sponsor a “Makeover Mania” from 1 to 5 p.m. Feb. 21 at the cafeteria of Salem High School, 1200 E. Sixth St.
Those attending will be able to indulge in an afternoon of pampering. Each will have the choice of three services such as head and shoulder massages, hair styling, nail polishing, Reiki, facials, makeup makeovers and others.
Refreshments will be available and there will be door prizes and a Chinese auction.

Golf Classic set by Argus Lodge
CANFIELD — Argus Lodge 545 will host its 7th annual Arctic Open Golf Classic on Feb. 13 at Argus Park Pavilion, 5050 Shields Road. Golfers will tee off beginning at noon.
The cost is $5 and includes golf, chili and a beverage. Proceeds will be donated to the local Special Olympics.
