ASSOCIATIONS

• Mill Creek Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association will meet Tuesday at The Manor on state Route 46 at Kirk Road in Austintown.Dinner will be served at 6:30. • McDonald Sideliners will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the high school.

AUXILIARIES

• ITAM Post 3 Ladies Auxiliary will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the post home on Meridian Road. Reports will be prepared for the meeting of the Department of Ohio on Feb. 28. Light refreshments will be served.

• VFW Post 3538 Ladies Auxiliary will have its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Post Home, 157 Lowellville Road, Struthers. Dues should be paid now.

CLASSES

• Woodrow Wilson High School Classes of January and June 1947 will meet for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Denny’s in Boardman. Members of the 1946 and 1948 classes are welcome.

CLUBS

• 4-H Club, the Steel Valley K-9’s, will accept new member enrollment forms at its meeting at 6 p.m .Feb. 13 at Becker’s Family Center, corner of Poland Ave. (Route 616) and Spring Street in Struthers, across from the funeral home. The deadline to join 4-H for 2010 is Feb. 28. The speaker for the evening will be Julie Gunger, CPDT, from Come Stay & Play Pet Resort. She is a certified professional dog trainer and has 14 years’ experience as a vet tech. Plans for the club’s April 17 motorcoach trip to the Ohio State Veterinary School will be discussed. • College Club of Sharon will have an English High Tea at 1 p.m. Feb. 13 honoring past presidents and honorary club members at First Presbyterian Church, Sharon. Olivia Lazor, Circles Coalition coordinator, will be the guest speaker. Lazor is a Mercer County commissioner. • Youngstown American Hungarian Club, 2219 Donald Ave., will host a valentine party at 1 p.m. Sunday. Members are asked to take a casserole; meat will be provided by the club. • Youngstown Mothers of Twins Club’s meeting Wednesday will feature a Valentine “Love Auction” as well as “Club Guest Night” for family and friends. LIBRARY FRIENDS

• Friends of Boardman Library will meet in the community room for a social at 9:30 a.m. Monday with Esther Bertch, Angeline Guerrieri, Marilyn Spaulding and Marion Summers as hostesses. At 10 Bill Lawson will present a program on “History of Downtown Development.” No reservations required. New members and guests are welcome. Books, magazines and tapes will be collected from 10 until noon Monday and again on Feb. 20 for the book cart.

• Abundant Life Fellowship, 46469 state Route 46, will sponsor a Grief Share Group for those dealing with grief over the death of a loved one. Meetings will be weekly beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church social room. Betty Welker, Rick Brown and Jay Radman will lead the group.

• Alzheimer Assistance and Referral Network has scheduled the following support group meetings: Tuesday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2305 S.
