WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS — Lesa Oliver had 12 points and six points while Chelsea Bennett contributed 12 points eight rebounds and four assists for the Panthers (11-6). Briana Dawson had 10 points, 10 rebounds,three steals, four assists and seven blocked shots.

Canfield 54, Poland 32

POLAND — Jillian Halfhill scored 21 points as the Cardinals (10-7, 6-1 All-American Conference Red Tier) remain tied with Howland atop the league standings. Kaitlin Kaleel scored 10. For the Bulldogs (8-9, 1-5), Leanna Yeager scored 13 points and Abby Brenoel had six rebounds and four assists.

Howland 62, Niles 15

HOWLAND — Taylor Williams collected 23 points and 17 rebounds for the Tigers (14-3, 6-1 AAC Red) who led 26-2 after eight minutes. Olivia Nicholas tacked on 11 points and 10 assists. Rachel Sussman and Katie Hitchings evenly split 10 points for Niles (0-18, 0-6).

Struthers 59, Beaver Local 35

STRUTHERS — Dana Mathews led the Wildcats (12-4, 5-1 AAC White) with 23 points including three 3-pointers. Katelyn Ardale added 13 points to the mix. For Beaver Local (8-10, 2-4), Sami Cianni had 12 points and Jessica Ketnich added 10 more.

Liberty 73, Lakeview 68

LIBERTY — Naynay Merriweather scored 26 points to lead the Leopards (6-11, 2-5 AAC Blue). Shane Thomas and Bianca Rozenblad each scored 18 points. For the Bulldogs (4-13, 1-4), Ali Gagne scored 28 points. Alisha Nichols scored 11 and Jamie Sentner 10.

Brookfield 41, Girard 30

BROOKFIELD — Paige Wallace led the Warriors (6-11, 2-5 AAC Blue) with 19 points and eight rebounds. Ashley Swezey contributed eight points and seven rebounds. For the Indians (5-11, 1-6), Katelynne Brainard scored 10 points.

BELOIT — Kassidy Hardgrove and Taylor Mauer each scored 14 points to help keep the Lions (15-2, 11-1 Northeastern Buckeye Conference) atop the standings. Tosha Fields and Chelsie Butler each scored 11 points, with Butler pulling down eight of her team’s 24 rebounds. For the Warriors (10-6, 6-6), Michele Sosnick scored 12 points and Andrea Wingett pulled down six of the Warriors’ 21 rebounds.

Mineral Ridge 65, United 64 (OT)

MINERAL RIDGE — The game was tied at 54 heading into the extra frame. The Rams (4-10, 3-8 Inter Tri-County League Tier One) took the 65-62 lead with seconds left after a Bobby Cameron 3-pointer and a free throw by Zack Kiger. The Golden Eagles (9-5, 5-6) got the ball back, drove the court, hit a field goal and was fouled, but couldn’t hit the extra shot. Kyle Borton paced the Rams (4-10) with 22 points. Kiger added 12. Zach Taylor led United with 15 points.
