Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): closed Saturday, last bus at 6:10 p.m. today.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Hubbard Public Library, closed today and Saturday; McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed today and Saturday; Kinsman Free Public Library, today and Monday; Girard Free Library, today; Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, today; Warren- Trumbull, and Newton Falls Public Library, closed Saturday.
