Dina Daltorio and Katrina Larson scored 11 points each for a balanced Mooney scoring attack. Brie Ozenghar added 10 points for the Cardinals (4-5), who led 37-11 at halftime. Brooke Duffy scored five points to lead East Palestine (2-5).

Ursuline 44, Akron SVSM 41

AKRON

Aurielle Irizarry scored 21 points to lead Ursuline (4-2). Courtney Powell scored 12 points. For SVSM (3-3), Maria Arnone led with 11 points.

Boardman 45, Uniontown Lake 42

UNIONTOWN

The Spartans (2-3, 1-2 Federal League) trailed by nine points points at halftime (22-13) and were down 42-41 with 15 seconds to play. Then Brooke Meenachan ended the game with a field goal and two free throws. She had 23 points and Missy Demaranis added 15. Tana Bornstein led the Blue Streaks (5-3, 1-2) with 11 points.

Mineral Ridge 51, McDonald 31

MCDONALD

Abby Riffee collected 19 points including three 3-point goals and Brittney Bevilacqua added 10 points for the Rams (6-2). McDonald (2-5) was paced by Taylor Stanley with 14 points.

Columbiana 28, Brookfield 25

BROOKFIELD

Makenzie Logan scored 10 points and Columbiana held off a fourth-quarter rally to defeat Brookfield in a holiday tournament semifinal. The Clippers (3-3) will play Sharon in the championship game tonight. Columbiana led 19-12 after three quarters. Caraline Kusky scored seven points for Brookfield (2-6), which will play Hubbard in the consolation game.

Sharon 70, Hubbard 28

BROOKFIELD

Marketta Jackson scored 18 points and Brittany Benedetto added 15 for Sharon in the other semifinal. The Tigers led 28-9 after one quarter and 46-15 at halftime. Hubbard (3-5) was led by Allie DeLuco with 11 points.

Girard 43, Niles 40

GIRARD

Hailey Spalla scored 12 points to lead Girard (3-4) to a non-league win over Niles (1-7). Miranda Boyle added 11 points for the Indians, who led 30-15 at halftime. Katelynne Brainard had a game-high 10 rebounds for Girard. Niles was led by Katie Hitchings, who had 14 points, and Katelyn Woodford, with 10 points and nine rebounds.

Champion 50, Lakeview 47

CORTLAND

Haley McAllister and Mackenzie Kiser scored 15 and 14 points respectively for Champion (6-2). Allie Pavlik scored 15 points for the Bulldogs (3-5). Champion fell behind 28-16 at the break then scored 17 points in each of the final two quarters.

West Branch 45, Minerva 37

BELOIT

Tia King scored 12 points and Kelsie Loisells added 11 for the Warriors (5-4, 3-2) in a Northeastern Buckeye Conference game. Andrea Wingett finished with 10 rebounds for West Branch, which led 17-9 at halftime. Chelsie Butler led Minerva (5-3, 2-3) with 14 points.

Wellsville 63, Leetonia 46

WELLSVILLE

Mikyla Tipton had 25 points to lead Wellsville (5-1, 2-1) in an Inter Tri-County League Tier Two game. Rilee Livolsi added 10 points for the Tigers, who led 35-22 at halftime. Clarissa Perkins scored 21 points for Leetonia (4-4, 1-2), while Lauren Ketterman contributed 10 points, nine rebounds and four assists.

LaBrae 49, Bristol 32

LEAVITTSBURG

Brittani Hill scored 15 points to lead all scorers, and Courtney Aldridge added 12, to pace LaBrae (4-3) in a non-league game. The Vikings led 21-18 at halftime. Allyson Jones scored 12 points for Bristol (3-5).
