This year’s inductees are Lloyd “Bud” Cobbs, Mike Baddeley, Rob Lee and Cory Schneider.
Cobbs has been instrumental in completing the plaques of past hall of fame inductees. He also served as a past president of the Sebring Athletic Booster Club. While in high school, Cobbs lettered twice in baseball, was a member of the football team, and was manager for the basketball team for three years.
Baddeley (class of ’72) earned three letters in football, two in basketball and two in track. In football he was named first team All-Tri-County League and the TCL’s Best Offensive Back as a senior. The coaches also named him a co-recipient of the Mr. Trojan Award his senior year. Lee was a member of two TCL basketball championship teams, which went undefeated in league play in 1981 and 1982. Sebring’s overall record for those two seasons was 42-5. His junior year the team was the district champ and his senior year they were district runner-up. During Lee’s football career he had 44 receptions and 10 touchdowns, and once had 10 receptions in a single game. In baseball, as a senior, he batted .444 with six home runs.
