Phantoms drop fifth straight
YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Phantoms surrendered six goals over the final 27 minutes of Tuesday’s USHL game to fall 7-2 to the Indiana Ice at the Covelli Centre.
The loss extended the Phantoms’ losing streak to five games. The Ice tallied four power-play goals plus a shorthanded score.
Dylan Margonari and Cody Strang scored for the Phantoms. Goaltender Matt O’Connor stopped 23 shots.
The Phantoms are home again tonight at 7:30 against the Des Moines Buccaneers.
