John Lyles, 49, East Florida, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Matthew Messner, 26, of New Buffalo Road, North Lima, aggravated robbery.

Daniel Ludwig, 49, East Indiana Avenue, Sebring, breaking and entering.

Bradley Carpenter, 26, West California Avenue, Sebring, grand theft.

Jermaine Hodges, 29, Cambridge Avenue, illegal possession of a weapon, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of heroin.

Sherry Ross, 41, North Glenellen Avenue, possession of heroin.

David Kogelnik, 40, New Buffalo Road, North Lima, grand theft.

David Poyssick, 27, Glenwood Avenue, felonious assault.

Jawonn Hymes, 18, Mount Vernon Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Charles Merchant, 50, East Ravenwood Avenue, breaking and entering.

Francisco Santana, 26, Victor Street, forgery.

Cody Hahn, 26, Mahoning Avenue, aggravated assault.

Darnell Green, 39, Jefferson Street, trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, illegal possession of a weapon and possessing criminal tools.

Jonathan Schreiber, 50, Youngstown-Salem Road, Canfield, domestic violence and obstructing official business.

Collena Carpenter, 27, West California Avenue, Sebring, breaking and entering.

John Orazi, 38, homeless, burglary.

Timothy Anderson, 23, Gypsy Lane, Niles, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.
