CORRECTION

Paul Brown, 32, with a last known address of Falls Avenue, was returned to Mahoning County 11 days ago. A story on Page A1 in Sunday’s Vindicator said Brown was still in Florida serving a federal sentence there. He was arraigned here on a murder charge with a potential life sentence. He is accused of killing Ashten Jackson in May 2009. He has pleaded not guilty to the charge and is scheduled for trial before Judge Maureen Sweeney of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court at a later date.
