Teen boys charged with South Side burglary

YOUNGSTOWN — Two teens were arrested for burglary on the city’s South Side this afternoon.

Police charged a 15-year-old boy with burglary and obstructing official business after police found him hiding in a vacant home on East Philadelphia. He also was wanted for felonious assault in another incident. A 13-year-old boy also was arrested for burglary.

The two are accused of breaking into a home on the 3000 block of Zedaker Street and stealing televisions. Police matched the teens’ shoe prints with those found at the scene of that house and others along Zedaker and Detroit Avenue.
