Employee of the year

CCA’s Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in Youngstown has named case manager Jeff Dutton as Employee of the Year for 2010.

Dutton joined Northeast Ohio Correctional Center in 2004 as a correctional officer and was promoted to case manager with the company. In his current role, Dutton is responsible for the day-to-day case-management needs of inmates including inmate-entry paperwork, programming credits and release preparation.

Employees of the Year are honored at each of CCA’s more than 60 partnership facilities across the country.

From among the company’s Employees of the Year, a national Employee of the Year is selected and flown to CCA headquarters in Nashville, Tenn.
