Dave DiBernardi had a game-high 24 points to lead the Spartans. A rough night from the foul line doomed Howland to their second loss of the year. The Tigers (3-2) went just 8-17 from the free-throw line. P.J. Lanier had 19 points for the Tigers.

The Cardinals made 11 3-pointers, but were unable to earn their first win. Danny Campolito made five of the baskets, and finished with 20 points for the Cardinals (0-3). The Tigers (2-1) got 17 points from Bobby Conley.

Eric Baker scored a game-high 19 points and teammate Jake Boyle was right behind with 17. Also scoring in the double digits for the Indians were Trey Griffith and Luke Griffith with 12 each. Baker also brought down 15 rebounds, and Boyle added 11 more.
Pymatuning Valley 67, Girard 48
ANDOVER
Brandon Easton poured in 27 points and Pymatuning Valley raced out to a 27-10 lead after one quarter en route to the win. Tim Cross added 12 points for PV. For Girard, Michael Bornemiss had 15 points and Evan Standohar 10.

Brad Ferraro scored 20 points to lead the Tigers (3-1, 2-1 Inter Tri-County League Tier One), who led 25-10 after the first quarter and never looked back. Ronnie Rogers and Tommy Mastran each added 10 points in the win. For Ridge, Dino DiGiacomo had 13 points.
