Amanda Buzzacco of Girard, daughter of Neil and Fran Buzzacco of Youngstown, and John Armeni, son of John and Annette Armeni of Youngstown, were married July 31 during a 2 p.m. ceremony officiated by Monsignor David Rhodes at St. Christine Church.

The couple received congratulations during a reception at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.

Pearls and beading adorned the bride’s strapless ivory lace gown.

Carla Rose, the honor attendant, wore a latte-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Kristina Warga, Laura Hornung, Ashlee Addair, Danielle Buzzacco, Angelina Joseph, Ashley West, Ally Prestier, Angela Centofanti and Jessica Williams.

Serving as best man was Ian Stublarec, and groomsmen were Matthew Armeni, Michael Armeni, Michael Enyeart, Dominic Diana, Andrew Kopper, Pierre Fourie, Jim Williams, Mike Kopachy and Tommy Perry.

The bride graduated from Mount Union College with a bachelor’s degree in finance and from the University of Notre Dame with a master’s in accounting. She is a assistant professor in accounting at Hiram College

The groom, a teacher and football and baseball coach at Salem High School, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education.
