Molly Dubinsky | Jeffrey Piper
CANFIELD
Molly Dubinsky and Jeffrey Piper, both of Austintown, were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Aug. 6 at Old North Church and honored after the ceremony at a reception at The Lake Club in Poland.
The Rev. Dr. Brent Allen officiated at the wedding for the daughter of Sally Dubinsky of Youngstown and Ron and Victoria Dubinsky of Boardman, and the son of Tim and Anita Beaumont of Fowler and Barry and Cheryl Piper of Cortland.
The bodice of the bride’s strapless ivory lux satin ball gown featured a modified sweetheart neckline and was enhanced with crystal bugle beads, sequins and pearls. There was a pleated sash at the dropped waist, and pickups and beading accented the back of the skirt, which flowed into a semicathedral train.
Latte-colored gowns were worn by Julie Gulu, the bride’s sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Angela Blanco, Katy Malys, Meghan Hughes and Brooke Carlon. Flower girl was the groom’s niece Ava Beaumont.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom’s son Benjamin Piper, and groomsmen were Tim Beaumont, the groom’s brother, and Dan Barker, Jim Lambert and Steve Butwinski. Ring bearer was the bride’s nephew Jack Gulu.
Mrs. Piper graduated from Ohio University with a degree in secondary education and from Ashland University with a master’s in curriculum and instruction. She is an eighth-grade English teacher with Boardman Glenwood Middle School.
Mr. Piper is an art teacher at Lakeview High School in Cortland. He earned a degree in fine arts from Kent State University and a master’s in art education from Youngstown State University.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple live in Austintown.
